We’re looking for detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspectors to join our team and help homeowners make informed decisions about their properties.

Who We’re Looking For:

We value expertise, leadership, and a keen eye for detail. Whether you're a licensed home inspector or looking to become certified, we welcome applicants who are passionate about ensuring home safety and providing excellent service.

An Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a valid home inspection license (preferred), or be willing to complete licensing and training provided by the company 

• Have experience in home inspections, construction, or related fields 

• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of technicians 

• Be highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities 

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills

• Be proficient in MS Office and familiar with inspection software (training provided) 

• Hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the GTA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough home inspections, including structural, roof, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing assessments 

• Provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations to homeowners 

• Oversee and manage a team of home maintenance technicians 

• Train and mentor technicians to ensure quality service 

• Address homeowner concerns and offer solutions for maintenance or repairs 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 

• Keep internal systems updated with inspection reports and client interactions 

• Maintain safety standards and follow industry best practices
