Refund Policy

At Oak and Stones, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement.

Payment and Refund Terms

All payments made for services rendered are considered final for periods exceeding one (1) month. Due to the nature of our services, which are provided in a timely and ongoing manner, refunds are not applicable for payments made beyond the current service month.

For payments within the first month, we understand that situations may arise requiring a change in your service arrangement. As such, we offer refunds for cancellations requested within the applicable timeframes. Refunds for services rendered beyond one (1) month will not be provided.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted at any time, provided the client is not under a signed yearly contract. For those under a yearly contract, cancellation requests must adhere to the specific terms outlined in the agreement. Please note that cancellations may not entitle the client to a refund for services already provided.

Dispute Resolution and Refund Requests

In the event that you have any concerns regarding payments, billing, or refunds, or wish to dispute a charge, we kindly request that you direct all inquiries to our Payments Department at payments@oakandstones.ca. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and will address all matters promptly.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these refund policies, as well as any terms set forth in your service agreement. Please note that Oak and Stones reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time, and clients will be notified of such changes as necessary.
