An Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience leading and managing a sales team 

• Be comfortable coaching and mentoring sales representatives 

• Be highly motivated and target-driven 

• Have strong verbal communication and negotiation skills 

• Be organized with good time management and prioritization abilities 

• Have proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems 

• Be familiar with customer service best practices

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth 

• Monitor and track sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback 

• Assist with high-level client meetings and negotiations 

• Respond to leads provided by the company and help the team convert them into sales 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships 

• Address customer concerns and maximize satisfaction 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery 

• Keep internal CRM systems updated with sales activities and performance metrics
