An Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be willing to travel across the GTA to meet clients in person (rare)
- Be comfortable facilitating in-person and virtual sales meetings
- Be highly motivated and target-driven
- Have strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Be organized with good time management abilities
- Have proficiency in MS Office
- Be familiar with customer service best practices
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Present, promote, and sell Oak and Stones’ home maintenance and renovation services using our pre-set sales process
- Respond to leads provided by the company
- Develop your own lead generation strategies (email marketing, door-to-door sales, etc.)
- Pitch our three-tiered home maintenance packages and renovation quotes
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Address any customer concerns and maximize satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep our internal system updated with your sales activities
