We’re looking for skilled and reliable Home Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help homeowners maintain their properties with top-tier service.

Who We’re Looking For:

An Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience in general home maintenance, repairs, or related trades 

• Be comfortable working on various residential property tasks 

• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently 

• Have good communication and customer service skills

• Be organized with time management abilities 

• Hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the GTA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine home maintenance tasks, including inspections and minor repairs 

• Conduct visual roof, siding, driveway, and caulking inspections 

• Replace and refresh home seals, caulking, and weatherproofing materials 

• Assist with exterior dryer vent cleaning and furnace filter replacements 

• Provide high-quality service and communicate effectively with homeowners 

• Document completed work and update internal systems 

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery 

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional work ethic
